1. License Agreement (Standard Apple EULA)

Your use of the EchoMap application is governed by the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps downloaded from the App Store. By downloading and using EchoMap, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions (EchoMap Premium)

The application offers auto-renewable subscriptions granting access to premium features (unlimited memories, 3D rendering, and cloud synchronization).

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Application Use

You agree to use EchoMap in compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not capture or publish any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the privacy of others.

4. Limitation of Liability

EchoMap is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding the availability of iCloud services or the accuracy of GPS and weather data calculations.
